When: The evening of the day Hinata arrived
Warnings: Baseball?? Probably nothing.

[Hinata had taken Otonashi's advice, going around and talking to several different people he didn't recognize. He'd also spoken to Yuri, who'd seemed a bit... off to him. He had to wonder if he'd made her angry somehow.]

[Something else had also stood out to him. Several people had claimed to be there for several months, even a year, and Hinata had never seen them before. Otonashi had said the same thing... maybe he really had been gone for a year.]

[For now, he was leaning against the backstop behind home plate, considering all the things he'd heard today. He'd already gone to the supply shed to get a pair of baseball gloves, wearing one, tossing a baseball into it over and over as if the repetition of it helped him think.]

[Maybe only ten minutes or so after Hinata himself gets to the baseball field, Otonashi arrives as well. When he sees him, he jogs on over to his friend who seems to be deep in thought at the moment. Now that he has had the day to meet people and hear more about the situation, it's probably a lot to take in...]
