[After getting a weapon from a certain Yurippe, Sayaka's been looking for a fight. The katana feels right in her hands. It's certainly not the sword she fought with in life but it's close enough that she can feel comfortable using it.

Her goals are simple. She's out to take down as many shadows as she can and to make sure that no one gets taken by them. Sayaka's always on the move. She does stop for a minute to send a simple message to Madoka, Mami, and Kyouko: If you need back up, just tell me where you are.

It's time for Magical Justice Girl Sayaka to get back to work.

Still what?

Just because there's no better plan yet, doesn't mean we should act without getting one! What if you act reckessly and get yourself caught by those things? It's a fate worse than death!

[Somehow those words make Sayaka even more angry. They seemed turn her anger towards him.]

No--becoming one of those things would be horrible but they can be changed back. Suzumiya came back. [Magical girls became witches. She had became a witch. She could have murdered her best friend for no reason. She could have killed so many people--all in the shape of a monster no one could recognize as her. Then she couldn't remember a damned thing about it. As if that had been a blessing.

What was happening wasn't pleasant. She wouldn't endorse it and she wanted to end it as quickly as possible. Sayaka couldn't just stand by and let others become more of those things. She couldn't. It wasn't in her nature. But on the other hand? If it happened to her... It couldn't be any worse than turning to a witch. She'd go down fighting knowing the danger. Not like before.

She glances around. There's no shadows at the moment. At the moment being the key word.]

Yaegashi. If I told you how I died, you'd understand why I'm not afraid of those things. I won't let them take someone else but me? I'm not scared at all. [It's a bit of a lie. She is. How could she do that to the people close to her again? She just didn't have a choice.]

[Taichi is taken aback by her outburst, but only momentarily.]

I may not know anything about your life or how you died, but I'm not letting you just sacrifice yourself like that! Not on your own! I know I'm not all that useful here, but I'm your senpai and I'm not going to let someone younger than me get herself into danger like this!

I'm not sacrificing myself--I'm going to win. I'm going to stop the shadow attacks. [She turns her back on him. Not walking away yet.] That's a magical girl's duty, Yaegashi.
