5th: You're in for a treat today because in history class, you're in for a research project! Everyone will be assigned some historical figure then be sent down to the library for the period for reading and checking out books and working on your paper. Don't be brave and pull an Ooyama and eat chips down there though, you might get in trouble.

6th: If you're in the computer lab today, whether you’re chatting away to some friends on the chat, making a video post or typing up your research paper for class like you should, suddenly!!! Your computer turns off. Looks like an NPC accidentally tripped over a cable and turned off every single one. Oops, hope you saved whatever you were doing.

7th: It's time once more for gym class but today you aren't jumping, you'll be ducking and dodging more. It's time for a game of dodgeball! Whatever side you've been put on, get ready to run up and grab those balls and start throwing them. Just don't get hit by them, especially in the face because that might hurt. But hey, at least if you get hit you can wallow in your loss with whoever else got smacked out.

8th: It’s the last day of school until your one-day weekend starts, so instead of a test, how about a little group work? Today in health class, everyone will need to pair up and each pair will get a worksheet to fill out. Guess what you get to do? Name as many bones in the body as you can. Not exactly the greatest way to end your week but at least you can struggle through it with someone.

9th: Just like for the past while, everything still seems completely and utterly normal in the afterlife, huh? No rain, the NPCs are acting as they should, no weird, bug infested cafeteria food or sudden surge of animals spawning—but wait! As you’re walking around today you might spot something strange, though only for a split second. You blink, and whatever it was is gone. Maybe you caught what looked like an NPC glitch and freeze for a fraction of a second before continuing on like normal or what looked like a dark cloud forming over the school before disappearing and leaving a blue sky. How strange…

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Ai will be making many appearances throughout this interaction log. Remember that the search for the mystery program is still going on so feel free to use any of these days to have your character continue their search for it!

As always, remember there are several clubs now so practices and meetings can be set up whenever you want! And if you want to do something outside of what we've provided, feel free to do so.

Oh... [That's really nice of her to say that. It's also a little sappy and it kind of makes him want to laugh at her. He can't say for sure if she would be saying that if she really knew what kind of person he was--is like, sometimes.

She's definitely different from that other pink-haired girl he knew before though, that's for sure. Unlike Yuno, where all of her kindness was forced and undoubtedly fake, even to a young boy like him, somehow Madoka's is...more believably genuine, he thinks.]

[ As much as Madoka can dish out compliments she genuinely means from the bottom of her heart left and right, she sucks at actually taking them from other people. So when she hears that, she only blinks. ]

[ Alas, she's forever too good and gullible to see what Reisuke is like.. ]

Well, I wouldn't want to say you're a liar.. [ She giggles, even if it's slightly awkwardly. ] So I'll accept it. Thank you, Reisuke-kun. It means a lot to me that you think of me that way.

[Reisuke giggles at that before he spins around a little as he walks.]

So, what game are we gonna play out here, Onee-chan? [He didn't forget about your promise to do something fun away from the dodgeball game...]

[ He's never going to forget, huh. And even though Madoka could have easily used the time she bought to think up a game, she instead got so caught up in the conversation that she totally forgot about it now.. she looks surprised for a brief moment before she goes back to thinking. ]

Ah-- right, the game! [ She looks around until she spots a piece of rope someone left lying around.. ] Have you ever played tug of war before, Reisuke-kun? I guess it's more fun with more people, but we could practice with just the two of us first..

[ It's not like Madoka, despite being older, is a whole lot stronger than him after all. ]

"Tug of war"? [...No, he can't recall having played that before, though it's probably a certain word in that game that caught his interest. (And it probably isn't "tug" or "of")] How do we play that game?

It's really simple!

[ Madoka smiles, apparently glad she figured out some game he hasn't played before yet so it might not get boring to him as quickly.. ]

You see that piece of rope over there, right..? You're supposed to have a person tugging on both ends of it and then draw a line in the middle between those two people.. and the one who manages to tug the other over the line first wins. It's even more fun with more people..!

Oh... [Huh. That actually does sound kind of interesting, so he walks over and reaches down to pick up the rope.]

But you and me can still play this even if it's just the two of us, right?

Hmm, we can! [ Unless Reisuke finds it unfair due to age differences, but look at Madoka. She's not exactly queen muscles or anything. ]

Does it sound like fun to you?

[hypervision]

[Pfft, Reisuke doesn't care about age differences, he would still try to prove that he was strong enough to try to pull someone over the line anyway, which it seems to be enough of a motivator to get him to nod after a moment of thought.]

Mm...okay! Let's play, Onee-chan!

Alright then!

[ At least he's spirited! And so is Madoka, although she's honestly just glad to see he likes the idea of it.. so she's making sure to draw a line in the sand with her foot before grabbing the other end of the rope. ]

There we go. We just have to make sure we're both just as far from the line now, so it's in the middle.

Okay! [Reisuke debates for a moment on whether he should remove his hand puppets for this or not, before he seems to decide to just leave them on for now. He holds the other end of the rope as he walks back and stands on the other side of the line.]

Is this far enough? Can we start now?

[ The hand puppets are going to tug too, huh..

But Madoka just gives him a nod. ]

Yes, that looks good to me. I'll count down from 3, and then you can start to tug! [ Although this is Madoka we're talking about, so she's definitely going to go easy on him. ] Three.. two... one.. go..!

Yay, here we go--! [Going easy on Reisuke might not necessarily be a wise decision, because Reisuke sure isn't gonna go easy on her. The moment Madoka says go, he pulls on that rope as hard as he possibly can to try to jerk her forward across that line.

Of course, he is a five-year-old child, so it's highly unlikely that he would have the upper body strength to pull her across the line with one try. However, she should try to be careful that she doesn't stumble or fall down from his attempt to pull on the rope, especially if she's trying to "go easy" on him.]

[ Yes, Madoka is holding onto the rope tightly but she's not really pulling nor expecting a huge force immediately from the other side.. so Reisuke's immediate enthusiasm manages to catch her somewhat off guard. Madoka wobbles on her feet and then stumbles forward, only managing to catch herself and make sure she doesn't plummet right on her face at the very beginning. ]

W.. wah! [ .. a small pause once she realises she's still standing and then she would let out a sigh of relief, but she realises she at least has to provide some counter force here now before Reisuke really pulls her over.. so she's trying a little harder now!! ]

Ehehehaha...I hope you weren't planning on going easy on me, Onee-chan, 'cause I'm really tough to beat!

[Though, despite his claim, he's digging his feet a little into the dirt to try to keep himself from being pulled forward. Madoka does have an advantage when it comes to being bigger than he is, but he's not willing to give up, so he does his best to try to to pull on the rope harder.]

[ See, at least she's not going at full strength since Madoka could probably beat at least a toddler at this if she tried really hard.. but she's giving it just enough momentum to make sure she doesn't fall over, but that he won't be mercilessly instantly dragged over the line or anything either. It's all about balancing this stuff! ]

I can see that, Reisuke-kun.. you're pretty much a natural at this, huh? [ She giggles a little. ]

Yeah! That's 'cause I'm an elite!

[...Even if he does lack the upper body strength to be able to pull Madoka across the line with just a rope right now, but games like this are good ways of building muscle and experience for that sort of thing, right?]

[ At least they're sort of balanced now, the rope moving back and forth across the line a little.. ]

You mean something like a prodigy?

[He holds up a hand-puppet with one hand, making sure to keep his grip on the rope with the other when he responds momentarily.]

"Yeah, something like that! Rei-kun is a prodigy, the most elite of them all!"

[ Whereas most normal people might have taken that moment to pull extra hard and win, Madoka - of course - doesn't, instead staring at the puppet. Sure, Reisuke had them before, but he never made them talk.. she blinks. ]

That's amazing.. I've never really met any prodigies before. It's like something you'd usually only see on tv..

[Hee hee] Then I guess you're really lucky, getting to meet and play with me here!

[...Maybe not here as in the afterlife, but in general.]

[ Don't worry, Madoka won't take it as "lucky to be in the afterlife, ah, awkward" anyway. Instead she just smiles. ]

I am! Hehe, I'm pretty sure this is the luckiest I've ever been. [ Sure, it's a little exaggerated, but not fully. She does feel glad for the opportunity to have met all these nice people here, truly. ]

Really? [Wow, that's sad Madoka--I MEAN UH] Then I'm really glad that I got to meet you here so that we could play together!

[And speaking of which, he is now taking this moment to try to pull on the rope harder, on the off chance that she might have been distracted by the conversation at hand.]
