WHAT: Dark Allies Finale
WHEN: March 22nd-24th

SUMMARY: The Programmer and Fantoche have increased the number of shadows in order to pursue the NPC, Ai, who has been trying to hide but cannot continue to stand by and do nothing. Meanwhile, many of the afterlife's residents have been turned into NPCs.. is there a way to reason with them or get their memories back? There are 3 parts to this log!

MARCH 22: SHADOWS
Shadows are difficult to deal with, and you've just been surrounded. It seems like the number of shadows have raised up well beyond half of the NPC population. Team up, fight off the shadows, try to follow them to find the NPC first! Ai will be around throughout this log and will reveal her Guard Skill abilities in a comment here. Feel free to attempt to apprehend her.

MARCH 23: THE NORM
A few people have been turned into NPCs. The shadows seem not to bother them-- the shadows ignore them and those turned into NPCs don't even seem to see the shadows. They can see you, even if they can't remember. Try to talk some sense into them or take whatever measures you think are necessary? Try to keep them company or say goodbye because if Ai isn't turned in, there's no known way to turn them back?

MARCH 24: CAPTURED AI
Ai's identity has been revealed since the 22nd, but she's been avoiding capture up until now. Come up with a plan, decide what to do. It might be a good idea to have a meeting and talk to her. She's surprisingly cooperative. The OOC poll revealed that Ai will be kept away from Fantoche and the Programmer, so if any characters have the intent to do otherwise they will not be able to be the ones to find her. Of those who comment, on the 24th the mods will RNG one character to have successfully captured Ai and she will reply to that thread. Other characters or teams may jump in based on what you as the players have decided to do.

SUMMARY: INTERACTION LOG you know the drill.

20th: Everything seems normal today, right? Walking down the hallway in the school, going to class or maybe taking a trip to the bathroom when suddenly—splash!! Or perhaps that was you slipping in the puddle of water there growing there in hall. Oops, sorry bought that there’s no wet floor sign, but it seems like the sinks in the bathrooms broke and are over flowing a bit. So be careful, let’s hope someone gets out there to fix that soon.

21st: Even though it’s cold, outside on a nice clear and sunny day? It’s pretty nice when you’re bundled up! So why not go for a picnic? Some other people have thought it was a good idea to go on a picnic, at least. Maybe they shouldn’t have because Yogi Bear hasn’t gone into hibernation yet and Park Ranger Smith isn’t there to stop him from nabbing food from those baskets. So around campus and in town, a few picnic baskets can be found lying around on blankets, and you just might catch a big brown bear having his way with the food there in the basket or scaring the bajesus out of some NPCs who were enjoying a meal. What a sight to see, right?

22nd: Getting so close to winter, those beautiful red and orange leaves are beginning to fall off their trees. It seems someone’s already started to take on the fun job of raking them all up though, so all over the place, piles of leaves can be found!! Why not make this guy’s job harder and jump into them and make a mess? You know you want to. Let out your inner child.

23rd: It’s close to that time of the year when parents spend all day cooking a giant meal for their family, though lucky you, this time you won’t be the one unfortunate soul who has to do all the dishes. Can you guess what’s going to happen today? You guessed right! It’s time to cook some yummy food in cooking class today. Students will be paired up and will have to make either a stuffed turkey or a pumpkin pie! How will you put your cooking skills to the test?

24th: You know, it isn’t really November if there isn’t some kind of big feast, right? And since there isn’t Thanksgiving here in the afterlife, today there’s going to be a surprise harvest festival!! In the cafeteria, fresh vegetables and fruits that both came from the greenhouse, and all kinds of fresh food will be laid out on one long table for anyone to grab and eat. There’s an abundant amount so take as much as you want and pig out! Some of the pies and turkey from yesterday will even be up for grabs there on the table too.

As always, remember there are several clubs now so practices and meetings can be set up whenever you want! And if you want to do something outside of what we've provided, feel free to do so.

Warnings: All kinds of shenanigans including a hot or not discussion. Let a mod know if there's anything you need to update in here as soon as it crops up! And possible violence but we have a bunch of violent buttheads here when is that ever not a possibility??

SLEEPOVER IN THE SSS HEADQUARTERS! Girls only, September 14th. BYO Mattress and we'll lay them across the whole floor and it'll be like a bounce house but with mattresses! Food and drinks provided. Entertainment will include making fun of the boys, rating them on various factors, laughing at really embarrassing stories, horror stories, and basically anything else you can think of. Also kicking any perverts who come near the sleepover in places they won't appreciate. PJs only.

BOYS ONLY! SLEEPOVER IN THE GYM The girls think they can have a sleepover and leave us out of the fun, but they're wrong! Join the Boys Only sleepover on the same night as the girls' for a great hang-out time! Food and drinks will be there. There'll be games too! And we're TOTALLY NOT GOING TO SPY ON THE GIRLS NO SIRREE.

24th: Ah summer. What a wonderful season, yes? And you know what tastes great during the summer time? Watermelon! And hey would you look at that--there's a nice big watermelon on your bed. Oh and there's one in the hall too... and on the stairs... watermelon infestation!

25th: Take a step outside today--boy is it hot. Take a few more steps--something doesn't seem right. A few more and--OP you can't lift your foot up. Why? Well it... looks like it's begun melting to the ground. HEAT WAAAVE. Run back inside, hide in the cool shadows of your room, possibly sit yourself in front of an open fridge! It's gonna be a hot day today.

26th: It's the first day of the school trip! So get your gear ready and your hiking boots on because IT'S TIME TO GO CAMPING! Enjoy the fresh air, take a look at the wildlife--maybe even feed a deer--put those survival skills to the test, build a camp, make a bonfire, sing songs! Have fun out there

27th: Second day of the school trip. Do your feet hurt yet? Well too bad there's still a bit more exploring to do. But don't worry, you'll make it back to the school by tonight. Oh but it doesn't simply end there! Because tonight there will be a Test of Courage! Which was graciously set up by the student council.

Students will be randomly paired up and must go through the pitch black hallways of the school to find a box where they must grab one coin each and make their way back out. It's not going to be THAT easy though, c'mon now, this is called a test of courage for a reason! NPC students and teachers (possibly even members of the council) will be lurking in the shadows and hiding around corners to scare the afterliving life out of you. Good luck in there!

28th: After possibly getting the crap scared out of you the night before, why not relax a bit tonight? In town tonight the NPCs are handing out sparklers and enjoying a cool summers night. Relax my friends, no scary NPCs are after you.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The school trip is this week as you can see above! Sign ups for the test of courage are closed and here are the randomized pairs. If you have any questions please feel free to ask on that post as well! The box of coins will be located on the second floor in an empty classroom.

24th: HEY BATTER BATTER BATTER SWING BATTER KENNEDY KENNEDY. That's right it's time for the baseball club to start up try outs! Some posters have been put up around the school about it. Go be a Little Buster.

25th: FIRE FIRE. Except not. But the sprinkler system seems to think there is one! So in all of the buildings around campus and even in the town, the sprinklers up on the ceilings are going off. Have fun getting wet.

26th: As you go about your day today, wherever you may be, school, club meeting, dorm rooms, everything appears to be as normal as it can be. Suddenly, a group of NPCs close by scream and panic as one of them turns into a black shadowy mass... and it looks at you. Welp.

27th: There aren't many, but every now and then you may spot a shadow or two walking about campus, consuming students or disappearing into the shadows. Maybe you saw them yesterday maybe you didn't. But either way, watch your back... they like to creep out of your own shadows if you aren't careful.

28th: Try to go out that door--locked. Another? Locked. All buildings on campus and in town will randomly lock their doors so you just might end up trapped in a room! With a few shadows coming out of the shadows to join you of course.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The Shadow Days event is starting up on the 26th and will go until May 10th! All details about it are over on this post so please read it if you haven't already. If you have any questions go ahead and ask over there too.

WHEN: January 9 - 12

SUMMARY: Interaction amongst the masses. FIRST INTERACTION LOG OF THE YEAR (happy late new years everyone ♥)

9th: Math class begins and the teacher hands out sheets of paper.  Oh no, hope you've been paying attention.  It's pop quiz time!

10th: It's lunch time and--SMACK.  Oh did you just get hit with some food?  Whoops well apparently there's a food fight going on in the cafeteria. DUCK FOR COVER!!

11th: The lake is frozen and some NPCs are heading down to ice skate.  Who wants to dance on ice?

12th: Today the drama club starts up!  Where art thou actors?


*Snow is still on the ground!  Not a ginormous amount but a good few inches.
