did you fall from heaven because you're the only ten i see
WHO: Inigo and Haruhi
WHAT: Inigo's arrival
WHEN: April 2nd
WHERE: Near the classroom buildings
WARNINGS: Potential violence with shadows mmmmaybe. Otherwise I got nothin'
SUMMARY: Inigo wakes up in the afterlife, wonders where the heckie he is, comes across Haruhi, questions her, finds out he's dead, cries like a baby, and receives a kitchen knife. Insert flirting somewhere in the middle of that.
[Waking up in the afterlife is... startling, to say the least. Of course, Inigo has no idea this actually is the afterlife, and is mostly assuming that he's simply dreaming of some world with weird buildings and weird people in weird clothing with weird black shadowy things lurking here and there. Are those supposed to be this world's risen? Maybe.
All he knows is that he's here, whether for real or not, and he's wearing a uniform(?) that is most certainly not his own. Also his sword is gone. How's he supposed to fight against these not!risen? Gah.
Fortunately, as he wanders around avoiding said not!risen, he comes across a certain gal with a headband (who is very pretty, by the way...), and decides asking her what's going on may be a good idea. Probably. Definitely. Yeah.
And so he'll walk on over to her.]
Ah, hello there, miss. You are looking quite lovely today. Would you be so kind as to lend me a minute of your time?

[It's terrifying, goodness. But it did the job, so it's not so bad after all. It doesn't look like anymore of those things are coming this way yet though, which is good...]
It's quite fine though! I think I should actually be thanking you for that, since you did save me. Granted, I would have preferred it the other way around, but... I don't seem to have my sword or anything on me.

[ She nods triumphantly as she places the gun back on its holster, grinning wide. ]
Well, everyone in the afterlife only shows up with the school uniform and a cellphone, so I'm not all that surprised.

On that note, you're saying an awful lot of terms that I don't recognize at all. NPCs... Shadows... Cellphones... Would you mind explaining what they are? Preferably without insisting that this is the afterlife, of course.

As for a cell phone, I can just show you.
[ And she pulls it out of her pocket. ]
Ta-da~!

[This is so overwhelming... she's just suddenly dropping this all on him.]
People with no souls?

[ She'll rub the back of her head awkwardly, laughing it off. She's not used to slowing down, but she might as well to be polite. ]
Yeah. Basically, they're not real people, even if they look like them. Some might have been, in the past... but now, they're just empty shells. Dolls. Or perhaps 'puppets' is a better word?

[And insisting that there was nothing peculiar going on here in the first place... What a creepy thought though. Ick.]

[ Her voice is a little melancholic as she speaks, amber eyes dropping for a second or two before she beams right at him. ]
But don’t worry! They’ll be okay. The shadows can’t touch or hurt them, so they should be fine. Even though it’s a little ominous, this isn’t some sort of horror film.
