SUMMARY: Winter fun all around

12th: Look Dave, IT'S SNOWINGGGGGGGGG!!! Students and other NPCs are beginning to hang Christmas lights all around the town and school too. Everything looks pretty at night, even the gardens in the town and school.

13th: Today in home economics class: its time to start baking some homemade cookies and making peppermint hot chocolate.

14th: Kendo club starts today in the dojo!! Some posters have been hung up around the school for a while. Anyone want to go in and try it out or maybe even join??

15th: Hey--look up! Yeah, it's exactly what you see. Mistletoe has been put up under almost every doorway! What now.

16th: A lot of the NPCs are heading up to the mountains today. Why? For skiing and snowboarding of course! Skis, snowboards and even sleds are in the gym's equipment room.  Who's up for some winter fun?



*As a little note, from the 12th until the end of the month it will be snowing! Nothing heavy but there will be a few inches of snow sticking to the ground.

Same things apply as last time! If you'd like to do something outside of the activities we've provided feel free to do so! Remember that there is a basketball team now so practices can be set up on whatever days you all choose.

Of course I would, but there are larger weapons that you can't carry around with you at all times, like sniper rifles or extra swords-- thinks like that. Specialty weapons, I should say. As soon as I get weapons besides this knife I stole from the kitchens- [ She pulls a knife out of her sleeve like where was she even keeping that up there. ] I'll keep multiple types on me. But it'd be great for extra ammo as well.

Oh. [Koloss swords are hard to carry around...So that makes sense.

Yuri probably meant regular swords, but still. Vin nods. The only thing she's wondering about the knife is why is it metal? After she's able to find iron and steel (and use them) she should let Yuri and whoever else is part of her Crew about Pushing and Pulling on metals.]

It's a storage and restock point for ammo and specialty weapons. That makes sense.

Of course, this definitely isn't our highest protected area but I'm still lacking memories, so I'll let you know once I figure out how to get into there without us all getting killed off so to speak.

[ That was Guild though. Her memories still weren't clear, but she knew who had to be in charge of it and Otonashi knew enough to help her find some of the entrances... they hadn't managed to get into them though, they'd need a large group to even stand a chance. ]

[It's likely well protected if the ones who're supposed to use it may die on the way in. Vin nods.]

[Vin thinks for a moment, perching on the back of a chair.]

How many members are in your Crew?

Right now? Or in the past?

[Members have probably left, or Yuri can't remember. No need to ask about before, really.]

Ten, including you and me. It used to be above 60, but I don't remember what happened that made everyone disappear.

[That's still pretty big by her standards. Kell's Crew was...eight people before they started dying.]

I hope that's not a disappointed "oh." I'd be happy to have even two people by my side.

[Vin blinks and shakes her head.]

It's not. It's smaller than some crews I've been in, but it's bigger than the one I liked the most.

[The people who make up the crew are more important than how many there are in it. Technically Kell's crew was a lot bigger than just the eight of them, but those eight were the core, the ones who actually knew (most) of the plan.]

That makes sense. The more people there are in a group, the more likely there is to be someone you don't get along with.

[She makes a noise of agreement, for all that's not really why.

It was because Kell's was the one where she felt safe. All the others, she'd been terrified to sleep because...well, she's almost always been the only girl in the crew, and she was always smaller than the rest....

Reen hadn't helped, for all he only beat her.]

[ Yuri notices the lack of real verbal response. Vin had been pretty talkative up until now, so she guesses that she probably got the reason wrong but she's not going to ask. If Vin's not going to offer up that information, it's none of her business. ]

[She shakes her head.]

[After she finds steel and iron (and is able to Burn them), she might have more to say, but nothing right now.]

[ Yuri holds out her hand to shake. ]
