SUMMARY: Winter fun all around

12th: Look Dave, IT'S SNOWINGGGGGGGGG!!! Students and other NPCs are beginning to hang Christmas lights all around the town and school too. Everything looks pretty at night, even the gardens in the town and school.

13th: Today in home economics class: its time to start baking some homemade cookies and making peppermint hot chocolate.

14th: Kendo club starts today in the dojo!! Some posters have been hung up around the school for a while. Anyone want to go in and try it out or maybe even join??

15th: Hey--look up! Yeah, it's exactly what you see. Mistletoe has been put up under almost every doorway! What now.

16th: A lot of the NPCs are heading up to the mountains today. Why? For skiing and snowboarding of course! Skis, snowboards and even sleds are in the gym's equipment room.  Who's up for some winter fun?



*As a little note, from the 12th until the end of the month it will be snowing! Nothing heavy but there will be a few inches of snow sticking to the ground.

Same things apply as last time! If you'd like to do something outside of the activities we've provided feel free to do so! Remember that there is a basketball team now so practices can be set up on whatever days you all choose.

[ This guy here? Yeah. Still totally oblivious to all of this, hence why he's still grinning dumbly as if he's just in a good mood today and doesn't know what's up.. although his expression turns a little more confused (read: dumb) as he notices Chihiro's horror. ]

.. What's up? Is there something wrong with my hair?! [ HANDS SHOOTING UP TO HIS HAIR HERE, MAN. Can't have anything wrong about the 'do!! ]

N-No... no... [ He quickly shakes his head, stuttering with his words. And now he practically can't move from where he is. ] Y... You're... there... u-under...

.. Under..? [ Glancing at his hands.. nope, nothing on there. Glancing at the ground.. nope, nothing there either. Glancing at Chihiro.. even Chihiro looks normal today, right? So what's he going on about? ]

Are you sure you're feeling okay today? Man, you're getting all white!

[ Chihiro moves one shaking hand... and points up. ]

[ G.. lancing up.. it even then takes a moment for him to spot the plant, but then he stops. Woah, woah, is that what he thinks-- yup, has to be it if Chihiro is freaking out this much. So it's like that, huh!!

.. Well, not like he minds-- Chihiro isn't.. really his type, but she's a girl, and a nice one at that, so he doesn't have a single problem with this, nope. ]

You're scared of mistletoe, Fujisaki?

... No, I-I'm not! [ Yes he is. Because now he has to... kiss Kuwata-kun. Kiss another guy... He's not sure his body is ready for it. His shaking figure is proof of that. ]

[ Leon would be freaking out too if he knew, Chihiro. Don't worry. But as is, he's totally oblivious to the problem with this whole deal.. ]

It's not that! No, no! [ Strangely, he's quick to deny it. Whatever did Leon get that impression from?! ] It's-... it's rather the contrary... I like you! [ And before there would be further misunderstandings... ] A-as a friend...

[ Ah... friendzoned immediately, even by girls he isn't initially interested in. Isn't it sad, Leon. ]

[ SO UNSURE. The unsure is so strong he doesn't know if she should share such information, but still... ]

[ OF COURSE. LEON WON'T ACCEPT ANY LESS. .. No, okay, since it's Chihiro, if Chihiro brought up kissing on the cheek he'd probably let him get off with it, he'd feel too bad forcing it and he's actually not bad enough of a guy to force it either way..

And this is where he'd mention it's his first too but.. h.. ah.. no way to seem lamer than that, right?! Nope, nope, just not going to say that!! ]

[ You're talking with someone who would rather suck it up and do it instead of being upfront about it, for fear that you would get upset... you're that mosquito, Leon, it is you.

Even so, doing either things would require a lot of courage... something that (he thinks) he doesn't have, so he's pretty much stuck in this situation in which not even running away would solve anything. ]

No? I mean, I-- I do this shit all the time! [ Sounding a little overly defensive there, Leon. Just saying. ] It's super normal for me, don't you think all girls want someone as famous and cool as me?

[ All the time... kissing himself in the mirror, probably. Buuuut Chihiro's gonna believe all that, there's no reason why he shouldn't. ]

[ That's too embarassing to think about. Ok, he admires Leon for being strong and manly, but he doesn't want to know about his life with girls! That's an entirely different matter! ]

[ Making kissyfaces at himself, ah, yes.. practicing with his Maizono body pillow.. ]

Of course, isn't that what this is all about? [ See, now we're going in the right direction again - he's going to kiss a girl here! Oh man, oh man, this is the best day ever. Thank you, afterlife, for still having small kinds of pleasures like this. ]

[ If Chihiro knew about body pillows... he'd be running as far as he could right now. But because he kind of trusts Leon, which is pretty telling about how naive the kid could be, Chihiro will do this. He'll take that little bit of courage and make the leap. It's just a kiss after all, no big deal, friends can kiss each other as well, right? Tradition is sacred, etc. etc. ]

Then... um... l-let's do this... [ A gulp. ] I-I'll close my eyes, ok?

[ There are no actual body pillows involved, okay!! Either way, he can't stop himself from grinning. This is just the best way of scoring, finally this place did something for him.. so he just nods, apparently not nervous about it in the slightest. ]

Yeah, c'mon already! I'll take care of it.

O... Okay...

[ Chihiro closes his eyes shut, hands tightly pressed against his chest, his body all tensed up for what's coming. It's not a big deal, not a big deal, not a big deal... he can do this and then they'll forget about it... ]

[ If only Leon knew just how horrible you find this, Chihiro, he doesn't have this much of an idea.. but yes, he's already moving, putting his hands on Chihiro's shoulders and leaning down until he's able to press his lips against Chihiro's. But don't worry, it's just a normal chaste kiss, okay, Leon isn't going to try to shove his tongue in or anything, he's not that gross.

But that doesn't mean he can't linger for a moment or two. Hey, who can blame him, Chihiro's lips are sort of soft and nice. And he's seriously finally kissing a girl, okay, he has to enjoy that victory despite it not being his first choice for the kind of girl. ... Even if he has no clue about the truth. ]

[ It's not like Chihiro can stop him either... and... it's not as bad as he thought. He's being kissed by another boy, but it's not horrible or disgusting or whatever worse thing he thought it could be. It's... nice. Kuwata-kun's lips are rough, but warm, and Chihiro is grateful that he's not doing anything other than lingering in the kiss. Heat raises to his cheeks, making him flush harder, and the heartbeat speeds up a little. Is this how people feel when it's their first time kissing? Is Kuwata-kun feeling the same?

Of course he's got to do something as well, he can't make Leon do all the work! And so he leans in and presses a little against the other's lips. If kissing is just about pushing each other's lips, then he can do that! He's strong enough to do that...! ]

[ Leon's thought a lot before about kisses, honestly. He's imagined it in his mind plenty of times with plenty of different girls, but this is still different than anything else he's even thought up. Maybe because those fantasies never featured a 'girl' like Chihiro. But it's not different in a bad way, at least, he can't help but half-grin already once he feels Chihiro kissing him in return like that too, and when he pulls away to finally let the poor guy have some air too, the grin is still on his face. Score. ]

See, wasn't that awesome?

[ That didn't leave him breathless, but it was that close... heart thumping hard against his chest, Chihiro can't defeat the redness in his face when Leon looks at him, and the fingertips touch his lips on instinct. ]

[ He gulps. How can he deal with this... how does he answer...

While it wasn't horrible- rather the contrary, he's so confused... why did it feel nice? Leon's not a girl for sure. While he idolizes manly guys, he doesn't... like them that way! He never thought of them as something he would romantically like... then why? Maybe it's just the fact it was a first kiss... if they did it again, he surely won't like it! That might explain it. Yup. That's exactly it.

He shakes his head, to chase these thoughts away. ]

[ Total SCORE. No, really, he can guess from Chihiro's flustered reaction that 'she' must have liked it too.. And, well, although he always wanted to mostly kiss with a little more hot girls instead of just cute, this was better than he could've thought. Not bad at all, honestly. Enough to make him rather happy for once right now. ]

'Guess'? At this rate you'll make me cry, Fujisaki! [ An obvious joke, he's even laughing. ]

[ As obvious as the sun... covered in clouds. Chihiro's so caught up in all these emotions that he takes that joke seriously, and so he steps back, wanting to shrink for hurting his friend's feelings...! ]

[ AH NO, THIS ALWAYS GOES WRONG?! Someone should write Leon a handbook on how to deal with Chihiro, Taming Small Animals 101, tbh.. ]

N.. no, Fujisaki, don't apologize! [ This is actually always what makes Leon flip, not the kissing itself but Chihiro taking things the wrong way and looking like such a kicked puppy.. ] I didn't mean it, it's a joke, a joke..!
