SCHOOL FESTIVAL

WHO: Everyone!
WHAT: School Festival / Arriving in the Afterlife!
WHEN: 9/30/2012. Morning through evening.
WHERE: All around! Mostly at the school, since it is a school festival!
WARNINGS: Potential violence, but since everyone's already dead it's not like it matters, BUT FOR THE MOST PART HUNKY DORY PG! So PG+V? That works.
SUMMARY: A school festival! Details here!

No matter where it is you woke up, if it's near buildings the sounds of merriment are all around. The shouts of people rooting for the winner of a game, students trying to pull in attention for their booths, adults laughing as they trip over themselves during a sport or someone screaming at the haunted house...

It's then that you realize you're at some kind of festival, everyone's invited, and no one seems to be bothering with money.

Then the realization that you're not even in your clothes. What the hell is this outfit? A school uniform? A janitor? A store clerk? Waitress?

No, no, the bigger question is deinitely "What the hell is going on and where am I?" With nothing but forest and mountains visible in the distance, it's kind of--

I mean, that's the qualification for getting here. I knew that before I knew anything about you, right? So that should be evidence at least. No one's telling you to accept it though.

You still exist. Dead, but you still exist. Not everyone ends up here, it's only the people who fit those qualifications, but not people who quit or want to quit. Which means you still want to fight, which means you still can.

Exactly! A lot of people do that though, that's just what I meant. Also that I'm not going to kiss your ass. I've got my own set of skills personally, even if I was born into a pretty wealthy family. We weren't involved in any wars, so they're different from your skills though.

See now, that just makes this even more unbelievable. You're saying an unfair life that you still want to fight against is all it takes. Well what if it's a complete scumbag who deserved all the shit that happened to him, huh?! [he laughs some more, the sound awfully unnerving to some] You're saying even the shittiest person in the world still gets a free pass in here just because he's not finished?

I'll do it whether people follow or not. If someone wants in, that's by their choice. On the other hand, if someone gets in my way I won't hesitate to take them out. There aren't any guns or anything, but there are knives in the cafeteria and I'm pretty good with them. Or the archery club's bow and arrows, maybe I should give that a shot!

Since just yesterday I was talking to someone who tried to enslave my comrades and I at gunpoint to dig a hole to bury Angel so that she couldn't come after us anymore and I escaped by shooting him in the stomach, I'd say yes. Though I was planning on getting him on my side, really.

[ Yuri's not bothered by it, oddly. Not at all. ] Obviously there are still going to be consequences if you start something horrible and there's the possibility of getting obliterated from existence. Not just dying, your soul will get wiped.

Well-- there was one guy who had them, but I didn't get a chance to figure out how. I can't find him anymore. I told you, thinks are way different than they were yesterday. If I can figure out how to get guns, I'll get me a pair of Beretta 92 pistols and.. A Browning BT99 for you.

Lost track. [ Anywhere from a couples year to.. who knows how long. It's never explicitly stated, just that she knows no one's going to age and that she's not surprised at someone being here for "3000 days".. ]
