28th: Today seems as though it’s a normal day, right? Wake up, take a shower, walk outside to head to class and… the NPCs aren’t moving. Stopped mid-step they’re completely frozen all over the school grounds. Some may be in class already and frozen at their desks, others might’ve been frozen as they were walking to or around the school. Maybe you were outside just inside to see them come to a sudden halt. After an hour, they’ll return to normal and continue on as though nothing happened.

29th: The school festival is a month away and it’s time to start planning for it! Classes will get a free period to plan for it today and clubs will need to get together and talk about setting up special activities for the students if they want to participate. GET HYPED.

30th: Do you hear that? Outside of your dorm—in the hallway! It sounds like pitter patter of little feet running up and down the halls… a bunch of them too, and there’s even some little barks here and there. Open your door and SUDDENLY LITTLE SHIBA INU AND GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPIES RUNNING ALL ABOUT. Don’t deny them love, they’re ever so playful and fluffy.

31st: It’s so close to your day off—but the teachers decided they’re going to end this week with a math test. Ew, right? Hope you studied or this is going to suck.

1st: Even in the afterlife your uniform and clothes get a bit dirty from time to time, and it’d be pretty gross if you didn’t wash your underwear so go on, wash your clothes! Or… don’t. The washer’s broken—actually waters starting to spill out of it!!! Now you’re standing in a puddle, oops.

As always, remember there are basketball, kendo, drama and baseball clubs now so practices can be set up whenever you want! And if you want to do something outside of what we've provided, feel free to do so.

Oh! Well, I suppose I am. I like all kinds of animals, though. Pets aren't very common back home, but I did takes care of a few strays that lived in my town when I was little.

[ He still does take care of strays, technically. Just look at Jean. ]

Hmm. You and Gundam-san probably would get along really well! He gets along with lots of animals.

Oh, really? I suppose so. I'm only familiar with dogs and cats though, so it's not as though I'm an expert...

Fish? [ But why would you have fish, didn't you want to be a baker? ] You mean as pets?

Yes! Sena-chan and Akashi-kun gave two of them to me at the Tanabata festival and Akashi taught me how to win the game so I won one for him, but I'm looking over it until he's sure it won't die like a lot of carnival game fish do. I told him it wouldn't, but he didn't believe me.

I didn't know you could keep fish as pets... They're rather small, aren't they?

[ Carnival fish, you might as well be talking about spaceships here, Ichigo. ]

Mm! That's why I have a fish bowl so they can live together in it. Do you want to see them?

[ She'll hold her hands out to help him escape the swarm of puppies now.. ]

[bodt]

Sure!

[ He just has to say goodbye to all these puppies first... He takes her hand, pulling himself free of the puppy swarm. ]

Um, lead the way!

[ She nearly falls over as he's getting up, but for once manages to stay up instead of being the klutz the is (there are puppies in the way, falling on them wouldn't be happy times! poor puppies) ]

[ And she's leading him back to her room, looking pretty happy ]

Great! I've never been to the girls' dorms before.

[ Nothing odd about going back to a girl's room, nope. Marco isn't Jean, he wouldn't pull those dumb ideas. ]

Really? I don't think I've really been to the boys' either!

[ Ichigo isn't thinking anything weird either, she just wants to share her fish. In fact she probably wouldn't realize anything weird even if someone like Jean or Leon was coming over and thinking stupid stuff.. ]

They're nothing special, really. And actually, I dragged my mattress over to Jean's room, so if anything, they're a bit cramped...

You're staying in someone else's room? Do you not get along with your roommate?

[ She turns her head to look at him as they approach the building, going to open the door. ]

Oh no, it's nothing like that. Jean is my best friend. We used to share a bunk back in Cadet training, so sharing a room with him is pretty familiar to me.

Oh! [ She smiles. ] That sounds like fun then, it's almost like a sleepover every night! What about his roommate though?

[bodt]

Oh, he's rooming with Bertholdt, another friend of ours from home. I don't think he minds... though he's the type of person who wouldn't say so, one way or another, poor guy.

Oh, so you're all friends. That's really nice. I mean, it's not nice that you're all here but.. it's nice that you get to be together!

[ Ichigo misses her friends from home, even if she'd probably be more upset if they were here. ]

[bodt]

It's not all that surprising, giving how dangerous our lives were, but... I agree that it'd be nice if none of us ended up here, huh?

Yeah though.. if it was that dangerous, maybe this place is somewhere you can let yourselves have fun!

That would be really great! It's a shame it had to come after I died, though...

Yeah.. but! Better late than never, I suppose?

Right! The Afterlife is supposed to be a bit of a break, isn't it?

I think so. At the very least, it's peaceful here and everyone I've met so far is nice.

Right. Maybe this will be our chance to do something nice for a change.
