28th: Today seems as though it’s a normal day, right? Wake up, take a shower, walk outside to head to class and… the NPCs aren’t moving. Stopped mid-step they’re completely frozen all over the school grounds. Some may be in class already and frozen at their desks, others might’ve been frozen as they were walking to or around the school. Maybe you were outside just inside to see them come to a sudden halt. After an hour, they’ll return to normal and continue on as though nothing happened.
29th: The school festival is a month away and it’s time to start planning for it! Classes will get a free period to plan for it today and clubs will need to get together and talk about setting up special activities for the students if they want to participate. GET HYPED.
30th: Do you hear that? Outside of your dorm—in the hallway! It sounds like pitter patter of little feet running up and down the halls… a bunch of them too, and there’s even some little barks here and there. Open your door and SUDDENLY LITTLE SHIBA INU AND GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPIES RUNNING ALL ABOUT. Don’t deny them love, they’re ever so playful and fluffy.
31st: It’s so close to your day off—but the teachers decided they’re going to end this week with a math test. Ew, right? Hope you studied or this is going to suck.
1st: Even in the afterlife your uniform and clothes get a bit dirty from time to time, and it’d be pretty gross if you didn’t wash your underwear so go on, wash your clothes! Or… don’t. The washer’s broken—actually waters starting to spill out of it!!! Now you’re standing in a puddle, oops.
As always, remember there are basketball, kendo, drama and baseball clubs now so practices can be set up whenever you want! And if you want to do something outside of what we've provided, feel free to do so.

[ Come on. He only learned how to work these things with some effort. His world doesn't even have this shit in such a form. While electricity was a thing, washing machines were nowhere near this modern. And modern washing machines are a pain in the ass. Kohaku knows how to turn these damnable things on now, but hell if he knows how to fix them.
Standing in the middle of leaking water he looks less than amused and oops, kicking the machine is probably not helping but he doesn't look like he cares right now. ]

I wonder if it'd be anything like home?
[He'd been told a little bit about what all goes on, little stands and games. Different clubs do different things, some times classrooms were used for events. Mostly everything had to do with food from Jeans understanding.]
What if we did something like that? Showed these weirdos what a real festival is like. Do you know how to make booze? We should make some Jägermeister!

[ Marco's never actually done the whole club thing-- but these activities seem fun, and they're a break from schoolwork (not that Marco doesn't enjoy the schoolwork here, on the contrary, he finds it extremely enjoyable) but Marco's such a joy, what club wouldn't want him? ]

[Ishimaru wasn't sure what to make of all these puppies. He was pretty sure animals weren't allowed here, so his first instinct was to find their owner and tell them off. But it's not like he knew who the owner even was. And then one of the puppies had looked him in the eye...
So that's how he ended up kneeling on the floor, awkwardly and very carefully patting a Shiba Inu puppy on the head. The puppy looks pretty content, if a little confused, while Ishimaru mostly looks lost.]

[Look, anyone who has talked to Ishimaru for more than five seconds should know exactly what he's doing right before the test. He has his books out in front of him and is reading them intently. He's very focused, but feel free to bug him anyway.]

[What the heck is going on, why did everyone suddenly stop dead where they were? Maybe everyone is playing a game and Mary is just out of the loop or something... This is a pretty boring game though, if it is one.
Know what would make this game more fun though? If she made some of the NPCs look a little nicer. That guy over there would look great with some glasses on. And that girl could use a little make-up. Sadly, or rather luckily in Mary's case, all she has on her to do these touch-ups are some crayons and marker pens which she nabbed from a club room. The crayons aren't doing much, but the pens are working wonders! If you pass by an NPC with a spiffy looking monocle, hearts and stars drawn on their face or anything else like that then you can bet Mary is somewhere nearby.]

[A festival?! Hype get. Well, hype get after she finds out a festival is a lot like a party with a lot of people. And games. And fun in general. Sounds like a blast!
Mary will be poking her head around doors as she checks out some of the club rooms during her free time. Are you talking about anything that sounds fun and festival related? If so then Mary might just invite herself in so she can listen along with the other club members.]

[A test? What, no, that's boring. Forget that. Mary doesn't even bother going into class when she notices what the teacher has planned. It's not long before she ends up walking into a different teacher though and she has to make a run for it to avoid being caught.
If you got out of the test early or decided to avoid taking it like the plague like Mary did then you might spot her running around the school grounds, peering around corners and generally trying to act sneaky. Don't you dare rat her out. If she has to go back and take that test then she'll just draw all over it anyway...]

[Today isn't normal, today wouldn't be normal even if the NPCs weren't frozen all over the place. Why? Probably because Caius just woke up and ended up wandering around the school grounds, trying to figure out why he's here and what the heck is going on.
He's trying to interact with the NPC but that's kind of difficult when they're all just stuck where they are. After waving his hand in front of a few of the NPCs faces and prodding them a little he considers giving up, only for them all to suddenly start moving again! Visibly startled, he jumps back and watches as the NPCs nearby give him a few odd looks before moving on... Care to tell the guy with pointy ears and a white streak in his hair what's going on?]

[A few days later, having found his dorm room, Caius steps outside to- SUDDENLY PUPPIES? Surprised, he lifts up one of his feet as the puppies run towards him and seem to surround him with their barking and their general puppiness...
Carefully, he nudges a few of the puppies away with his foot so he can clear enough room for him to squat down without accidentally sitting on anything fluffy. He might try petting a few of them since they all seem excited and want his attention, but really he's more confused than anything. Where the heck did all these fluffy noisy things come from...]

[ Unsurprisingly, the Super High School Level Kendoka here has chosen to seek out the Kendo club today. Peko doesn't know how high a quality the club is - do they have their own practice dojo and equipment, is there a sensei who runs practice, etc. - but it's worth checking out at the least.
So she'll be peering around into club meetings, trying to find the one she's looking for. ]

[ Many students are being chased around by the rambunctious puppies. However, that's not the case here.
Instead, your character will see a tall, slightly intimidating woman slowly and awkwardly attempting to sneak up on some of the puppies, a hand outstretched....and being met with snarling growls and vicious-looking bites that she just barely avoids.
Feel free to tell her to stop traumatizing the poor dogs or lend her a hand. ]

[Things like to happen when Kotarou opens the door to leave his dorm. First watermelons, now...shiba inu. He stares in disbelief as to what could possibly be the works of a God in the Afterlife!]

[He didn't study, and math definitely wasn't his forte, but he didn't really need to. The only reason his paper barely had anything on it is because he was too lazy and unmotivated to answer. What's the point? The grades don't go to our future. He could leave anyway and no one would care. It's kind of depressing when you think about it. Scold him! Do something!
So instead, he's flipping his pen around, looking somewhere else aimlessly. If things get too boring, he might try to get up and leave.]
