28th: Today seems as though it’s a normal day, right? Wake up, take a shower, walk outside to head to class and… the NPCs aren’t moving. Stopped mid-step they’re completely frozen all over the school grounds. Some may be in class already and frozen at their desks, others might’ve been frozen as they were walking to or around the school. Maybe you were outside just inside to see them come to a sudden halt. After an hour, they’ll return to normal and continue on as though nothing happened.

29th: The school festival is a month away and it’s time to start planning for it! Classes will get a free period to plan for it today and clubs will need to get together and talk about setting up special activities for the students if they want to participate. GET HYPED.

30th: Do you hear that? Outside of your dorm—in the hallway! It sounds like pitter patter of little feet running up and down the halls… a bunch of them too, and there’s even some little barks here and there. Open your door and SUDDENLY LITTLE SHIBA INU AND GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPIES RUNNING ALL ABOUT. Don’t deny them love, they’re ever so playful and fluffy.

31st: It’s so close to your day off—but the teachers decided they’re going to end this week with a math test. Ew, right? Hope you studied or this is going to suck.

1st: Even in the afterlife your uniform and clothes get a bit dirty from time to time, and it’d be pretty gross if you didn’t wash your underwear so go on, wash your clothes! Or… don’t. The washer’s broken—actually waters starting to spill out of it!!! Now you’re standing in a puddle, oops.

As always, remember there are basketball, kendo, drama and baseball clubs now so practices can be set up whenever you want! And if you want to do something outside of what we've provided, feel free to do so.

Oh good! I was trying to think up a name for it, but it's really hard thinking up a good name for a club that's about having fun together with lots of people. [She already considered calling it the 'fun club', but even Mary thought that a name like that wasn't the most creative of names.] So I wanted to see if you had any ideas.

Oh, a name..? [ She hums for a moment. Isn't it too much responsibility for her to think it up? Like.. you could go for something cute, or something formal, or something else entirely.

[Well, that's a name. Mary says the name to herself a few times, thinking about the sound of it for a few seconds before looking at Madoka.]

Most of the other clubs are called things like 'archery club' and 'art club', and they're just two words, right? So it should be something short that's two or three words, but still cute. So it fits in with the other clubs![She couldn't be more picky about something as small as a name if she tried.]

[ Hey, it's not like Madoka minds answering questions. She likes being helpful and this is one way of being helpful, so it's completely fine with her. ]

Um.. [ ... She thinks of back home. Of Sayaka going off on her own without letting her help. Of Kyouko who never said much about herself. Of Mami hiding her sorrow from everyone else. Of Homura never even telling her what was wrong until it was already almost too late. ]

I.. think so. I'm sure there's some people who would prefer not to, but.. I think it's nice to have someone to talk about your problems with. It reliefs the burden of them a little, and then you feel less sad.

[Talking her problems out never seemed like much of an option. And what good would it do if she told Ib about her problems? Its not like that would change the rules of the gallery in any way... Sharing her problems would only cause more problems anyway, problems that would have made getting out even more difficult and that might have pushed Ib away from her.]

I think it's nice too, having someone else to talk with like that. [Someone else, who isn't another of the gallery's works perhaps.] It's not good to feel sad.

[It's clear that Mary is still on the fence about this though, even if she says she agrees with Madoka. It all sounds so easy when Madoka says it, talking someone to relieve the burden and everything. But when Mary starts applying what Madoka has been saying to her situation in the gallery she just can't see it working out at all.

... And what does it matter anyway, she's dead now and out of that place. Ugh, she really doesn't understand feelings like this at all sometimes.]

Hmm, it's probably a little weird to ask it now since.. what she's about to ask is the very subject of this conversation and Mary's questions to begin with, but it all seems so specific that she can't help but want to ask about it, if not just a little. ]

Hmm, not really. [ She shakes her head. The only problem is that she's dead, but.. that.. can't really be helped. The dead can't come back to life, after all, and it's not like she has problems that only apply to this place, so she is answering genuinely. ]

After all, if I did, I would've told you, hehe. Since I said that's what friends are for.

Madoka was wrong for assuming, the heck is a pinky promise. She gets what a deal is, but she doesn't understand what Madoka is asking for my holding her finger out like that. Mary raises her own pinkie to copy Madoka.]
