WHAT: School Festival / Arriving in the Afterlife!
WHEN: 9/30/2012. Morning through evening.
WHERE: All around! Mostly at the school, since it is a school festival!
WARNINGS: Potential violence, but since everyone's already dead it's not like it matters, BUT FOR THE MOST PART HUNKY DORY PG! So PG+V? That works.

No matter where it is you woke up, if it's near buildings the sounds of merriment are all around. The shouts of people rooting for the winner of a game, students trying to pull in attention for their booths, adults laughing as they trip over themselves during a sport or someone screaming at the haunted house...

It's then that you realize you're at some kind of festival, everyone's invited, and no one seems to be bothering with money.

Then the realization that you're not even in your clothes. What the hell is this outfit? A school uniform? A janitor? A store clerk? Waitress?

No, no, the bigger question is deinitely "What the hell is going on and where am I?" With nothing but forest and mountains visible in the distance, it's kind of--

No, it's more.. people will get the wrong idea if they saw you crying because of me, right?! [ but he's practically blushing just a liiiittle bit out of embarassment already. ]

[ THIS IS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT HE DESIRED.

But.. what does he even do-- okay, he needs to cover Chihiro's face, but how-- um.. no.. people around, right..? Okay, make this quick, you can do it, it's a girl after all so even if you hug, it isn't weird!! YOU CAN DO IT, MAN.

So yes, don't mind the really awkward way he pulls you against him, Chihiro. IT'S JUST TO MAKE YOU STOP CRYING DON'T THINK TOO MUCH OF IT. God, god, god, what is he doing, everything in him is screaming to just run away by now.

(The most freaked out ever expression is on his face too during it.) ]

What- what is Kuwata-kun doing, indeed? This was the least thing Chihiro would ever expect anyone to do. A headpat wasn't surprising, hell, even anyone allowing him to cling to their arm wouldn't have been as weird, but... a hug?

He's very lucky that he's being hugged by another boy, and not, say, by a girl; and that what is welcoming his face is not breasts but a manly chest. It would have made everything worse. He would have fainted, maybe! But this isn't the case, thank goodness.

Still, this is weird- and it causes him to remove his hands from his face, instead going to grip at Leon's uniform. He doesn't know what his feelings are doing, he- he doesn't know how he should feel about this. The words die in his throat just as he's about to say them, to ask Kuwata-kun why this...

He's going to stand there, eyes wide- and of course he's too dumbfounded to work out any sort of courage to push away. ]

[ There's a moment or two where he just stands there like that with Chihiro, not saying a word to explain himself.. but then he - suddenly - pulls back, letting the other person go again. It's needless to say he looks.. really awkward.. but it worked at least, right?! IT WAS A SACRIFICE FOR THE GREATER GOOD. Not that he entirely minds hugging a girl, but.. well.. it's Chihiro, that makes it different, not like it's a girl he adored from the start like Maizono (because she went batshit) or anything, so..

.. Yes.. just.. weird..

He shakes his head, trying to snap himself out of it. ]

[ Chihiro feels the void between them, as Leon pulls away. Despite all the confused feelings, he did stop crying. Not for the reason Leon would hope, but the sobs definitely ended. No matter how weird the experience was, the hug radiated a calm wave that influenced him... like all hugs would do, in most cases.

He reponds with a little nod, a confused look still on his face. ]

Let's go already then.

[ That's better then. And now he'll just try to forget about the fact that he happened for the rest of his life. .. Er, death. He just started to walk on already, towards the rest of the festival. ]

[ Hope you still don't mind if Chihiro clings to your arm again, Leon. Because that's what he's gonna do for the rest of the trip in the festival, looking for their friends. That's one of the many disasters they just avoided... ]
