WHAT: School Festival Day 3: The Underground Opens / Journey to Guild
WHEN: 9/30/3013. Any time.
WHERE: Surface, passages to Guild, Guild.
WARNINGS: Fighting, language, freakouts!! Let me know if there's anything else!
SUMMARY: After dealing with the shadows for a day, The SSS finally managed to get a team down into Guild to clear out any shadows that had made it down that far already. The Underground is being announced as temporary cover and any may head down there if they choose to.

It'd been quite a few hours since the shadows had first appeared, but it wasn't as though no one had been doing anything. Everyone had been fighting, hiding, running-- anything they could to keep others safe. It wasn't much but around 3:00AM on the 30th, a mass series of text messages was sent out to everyone.

Message 1: Guild cleared of shadows. Need fighters to protect. SSS invites all to take shelter. Entrance in gym (seats pulled, take ladder in pull-out) or underwater through river. Find SSS member to lead you. Traps still set. Be careful. SSS will send out regular teams to fetch bodies who failed to get in. Can't disarm to keep shadows out. Attached is list in order of booby traps for Gym entrance.

Message 2: Ceiling Hammers (Just don't get hit)
Rolling Boulder- whole tunnel. Run. Take corridor on right.
Lasers- Use smoke bombs near entrance to see & dodge. Panel code is 44917.
Collapsing Ceiling- Run. Panel code 62108.
Go down hall, keep to edge or floor will fall into pit of spikes.
Get into underwater area. Swim through underwater hall. Head toward side with stairs.
Ignore puppy it is just a toy.
Don't fall down waterfall.
Take stairs and follow until reach Guild.

I think so. [They have to get to the other side and put in a panel code, right? So he starts making his way over, crawling as well. It's a good thing he's so small, it makes avoiding some of these lasers easier so that he can quickly get to the other side.

...But he's a little too short to reach the panel. He might need some help here, Ichigo.]

[ The lasers seem to be increasing in number the more times it goes past. Ichigo's pretty small too, so at least crawling on the floor seems to be keeping both of them out of the way. At least Ichigo's tall enough to reach the panel though. She's staying on the ground while she tries to pull up the text to get the code again. ]

H-Hold on, I'm pulling it up!

[ The lasers are coming back their way thoguh, so she has to wait for it to do that before she can put it in because she knows she can't punch it in that fast!! ]

Please hurry, Onee-chan! [We are not going to die here because of you, okay...as interesting as it might have been to find out what getting cut by lasers looks and feels like. He's got a phone too, so maybe he can look for it too to tell her.] It says that the number is...44917...

[ Ichigo's still fumbling with her phone, but he's got the number so she just stops and goes to punch it in since she's tall enough. (Though only just.) The door opens and she immediately grabs his hand to pull him out with her as she screams. ]

S-SAFE!!

[ She's honestly trying not to cry right now though .]

[Reisuke, on the other hand, is having the opposite reaction once they are safely on the other side.]

That was so exciting! [hehehe] The lasers were pretty close sometimes, but it was so much fun dodging them!!

[reisuke......]

H--How did you think that was-- [ sorry she's out of breath between trying not to cry, being overly panicky, and the actual dodging ] -- was fun!?

Because things like that are fun! [reisuke...] You just have to not let yourself get scared or whatever, that's all!

[As long as you have a positive attitude, even the scary things can be fun!]

[ Give her a second of staring at him, then... ]

You're one of those kids that really likes skydiving and dare devil stuff, aren't you?

[ Ahaha she's gonna smile about this ok ]

Something like that! [He giggles a little before he gestures ahead of them.]

[ You're gonna give her a heart attack kid.

Shakily, Ichigo straights herself up then starts walking, checking her phone to make sure about what's next. ]

The ceiling is supposed to collapse next..? [ She looks up. They're not exactly in that room yet though, so she doesn't see anything. ]

Really? Then I guess we better make sure to run really fast when that happens! [There's a code they are supposed to put in for this too, right? He'll check his phone too--it looks like they'll have to put "62108" into the panel at the other end once they enter that particular room...]

I wish she would've put what all the doors look like, haha... [ That is probably the least confident sounding laugh she's ever had. Running fast..? Not her strong suit. ]

Don't worry, I'm sure we'll be okay! [And this is coming from a toddler who's only experience in running for his life was running away from yandere girls. You can totally trust our word on this.

Unless the room we're about to enter now happens to be the room with the collapsing ceiling, in which case we should probably start walking or running faster.]

[ Just to be on the safe side, Ichigo's going to take a deep breath before they enter the room, then start running as fast as she can through it without even checking to see if it's the right room.

She's also screaming, because that helps. ]

[whoa whoa, is the screaming necessary?]

Onee-chan? Wait for us! [Reisuke will try to run and keep up with her, but a small child can only go so fast. Not bothering to scream though, screaming isn't really our style.]

[ YES, YES IT IS. The roof is starting to fall too as Ichigo starts quickly punching in the number that was on the phone. ]

Come on!

[He's running as fast as he can Ichigo, but luckily he manages to get to the corridor on the other side, even doing a little jump past her and putting his arms in the air.]

Safe!

[ Ichigo dove once the door was open, just behind him and.. lost her shoe!!! ]

My shoe!

[ WHY!?! She liked that shoe!! ]

It's okay Onee-chan, at least it's just the shoe that got lost...

[Could have been worse, you know.]

[ She stares at the blocked off door from the collapsed ceiling for a second before nodding. Reisuke was right. ]

Y-You're right! It could've been my foot or something really painful.. I can always get new shoes!

Right! [Even if it would have been interesting to see what happens if someone's foot had been caught back there--I MEAN] Maybe they'll have shoes you can borrow at that Guild place?

Maybe! Hehe, though the sounds of anything called Guild makes it seem like it'll be medieval work boots!
