Everyone's been invited to a giant dinner courtesy of the Shinda Sekai Sensen at the restaurant in town! It looks like maybe a few people have been strong-armed into coming, but.. oh well. They're there to have fun and enjoy a good meal, right?

There's a possibility, yes, but that just because there's a lot of blood on it doesn't mean it's the victim's blood. Unfortunately, I'm no forensics scientist - nor do I even know the victim's blood type so I can't really say.
