It was Halloween, otherwise known as Hallow's Eve. And the stage was set for an amazing party, otherwise known as the extravaganza of the year. Haruhi had it all planned out: there were booths decorated in orange and black, balloons that looked like pumpkins, ghosts, and witches, games and prizes galore, live music, and so much more.

Sure, people may have 'died', but you know what they say: the show must go on! And go on, it shall. In front of the doors to the auditorium is an orange carpet and a rope blocking the entrance.

So, come on, relax, and have some fun!

R-Reisuke-kun?

[ But... well, he did die in the Second World... and Yuno has been here twice. It shouldn't surprise him to run into him here, but it just seems like whoever runs this place likes messing with him when it comes to people from his world. ... Worlds. ]

Is that... you under there?

[At first he's not sure how to react--if the First was here, normally that meant The Second, Yuno, would be in very close proximity. And normally that would be a major cause of concern. But he hasn't heard so much as a peep out of her during his stay here so far, and Yukiteru is standing here by himself. Did that mean Yuno wasn't here?

There's a second's hesitation before he reasons that it's pointless to pretend otherwise or run, so he nods, reaching up to temporarily remove his mask and reveal his face. Thankfully, Reisuke doesn't seem to be in one of his crazier moods just yet, as he's genuinely surprised to see Yukiteru here at the moment.]

What are you doing here, Onii-chan? I thought you were still playing in the Survival Game...

I was.

[ He's not going to say that he won. To him, there is no winning. At best, it was a Pyrrhic victory for him, losing Yuno and everyone else. Except, technically, Minene, and arguably his world's Murumuru. ]

It wasn't worth it. Nothing like that can ever be worth it.

[Reisuke, despite his intellect, may be a little too young (or perhaps not particularly sane enough) to understand why this game wasn't worth it, even with death, his own death, having occurred. But what he does seem to understand is that Yukiteru is dead now too...but...]

...What about Yuno onee-chan? [He hasn't seen her, which might mean she's still alive. Was she still playing in the Survival Game on her own?]

... I don't know.

[ Yuno has been here, twice. At first he thought her reappearance was proof that nobody ever really disappears from her, until it became clear that the Yuno that was here the first time was the Yuno from the First World, and the second time she was here was the Yuno from the Third World (with him trying not to think about how she could have possibly died). Due to them technically being two different people with different souls (and the same memories), that explained it to him. Now they were both gone. He may never see Yuno again, for real this time. ]

I want to believe she's still here, somewhere. I have to.

Oh, then maybe I could help look for her! After all, two pairs of eyes are better than one, so it would only be a matter of time until she's found!

[Reisuke why do you seem so happy about the idea of meeting Yuno again...]

I, um.... [ How does he answer that? 'She might not be here?' Well, in theory, the Second World's Yuno might be here, but he doesn't even know if that Yuno loved him like the other two Yunos did. 'She might not want to see you?' Well, he can't die twice, but they could still feel the 'pain' of death. ]

You're, um... you don't think she might still be mad about what happened?

...Maybe, but that's okay! I'm not mad at her for what happened, so she shouldn't have to be either! [Or at least he says he doesn't blame her for his loss in the survival game; he had told her that he would be rooting for her, after all. And part of that was true, as he had respect for her as his opponent...nonetheless--] Plus, I really wanna play with Yuno onee-chan again someday!

[ 'I wish it was that simple when it comes to her,' he thinks to himself. 'So many things could have been avoided.' ]

If you see her, you'll let me know right away, right? Or if you see Akise-kun?

Akise-kun? [Do we know anyone by that name? ...No, it doesn't quite ring a bell for Reisuke of the 2nd world, unfortunately. But after a moment of thought, he'll nod.] Okay, I'll tell you if I see them, Onii-chan!

Y-Yeah... thanks, Reisuke-kun.
