It was Halloween, otherwise known as Hallow's Eve. And the stage was set for an amazing party, otherwise known as the extravaganza of the year. Haruhi had it all planned out: there were booths decorated in orange and black, balloons that looked like pumpkins, ghosts, and witches, games and prizes galore, live music, and so much more.

Sure, people may have 'died', but you know what they say: the show must go on! And go on, it shall. In front of the doors to the auditorium is an orange carpet and a rope blocking the entrance.

So, come on, relax, and have some fun!

[ And Yukki arrives! ... in the most boring, lazy costume ever. Indeed, it just looks like he took a sheet, cut out some holes for eyes, and put it on over his head. The weakest ghost costume ever.

[ When Haruhi notices Yukki (and even though she doesn't know who is under that sheet just yet), he'll notice some annoyed eyes glaring right at him.

Even though she's dressed up as Snow White, she most certainly isn't the fairest of them all. ]

... You could have at put some effort into your costume. I mean, come on, a sheet? There's even a costume store nearby and you did this?! It's so annoying! Maybe I should kick you out right now so you can go get a better costume at least.

[How have we gone this long without them running into each other here--luckily for you though, Reisuke doesn't recognize you under your bedsheet ghost costume yet. Reisuke himself is covered up in a tiny grim reaper-like costume with a hood and mask covering his face, but Yukiteru may or may not recognize his voice when the kid suddenly jumps out in front of him, arms raised out towards him to try to scare this person a little--]

Boo! [...And he'll dissolve into giggling afterward, whether it actually manages to spook the ghost person or not, sorry Yukiteru. ^^;;]

I would call it lazy, but the idea of a dead person dressing up as a ghost is actually pretty funny.

[ Her tone is completely even, like she's not going to laugh but she does find it funny.. Her costume is a little more detailed though. ]

[ Yukki, when you're going to dress up as a ghost, at least go all the way.. or, well, Madoka's ghost costume seems a lot more convincing, at least. But despite the fact that his costume isn't the best, when she accidentally bumps into him, she still lets out a yelp like she's run into a real ghost. ]

[And there stands Sougo, standing off to the side, leaning against a wall. He's not much for social interactions, but he figures he'd come just to show off his costume to others (blood included), because wow he actually looks like a samurai instead of a shamurai.

But if someone does pass him by, he'll just raise his hand and give off a simple:] Yo.

[ Because you know what if you're using fake blood then you're a loser since they're all dead anyway.

Of course, Yuri's costume doesn't have any blood. ]

[Wow, that's a pretty cool looking costume. The blood, fake or not, doesn't seem to put Mary off as she walks over wearing her own costume so she can get a closer look.]

I really like your costume! But... I don't know what you're trying to be. [What's a samurai.]

[ It's her party, so why the hell not be here? Haruhi's dressed up as Snow White humming happily as she wanders around. Hopefully she won't catch anyone out of costume. Or else. ]

[A pause. Sougo, looking snazzy in his costume, blinks at the passing Haruhi, only for a finger to shoot up.]

Aren't you missing dwarves? I don't see the one that's grumpy all the time, nor the one who looks like he was dropped on his head as a kid.

[And here's Hinata, decked out in his werewolf costume, walking up to Haruhi while munching on a handful of candy.]

[Jean's here, yeah yeah.. Do you see this thing? Jean's costume of chose is Sailor Moon!.. In sweatpants (under the skirt of course.) It's a party, right? Well, Marco wanted to match and being the perfect boyfriend Jean is (bold that perfect would you for me) he went with these silly plans. Marco makes a handsome Tuxedo Mask so it works out...

He'll knock your fucking teeth in if you even think about shit talking his costume (u-unless you're a girl..) Let's see you pull of something this manly.]

[ Says the girl dressed up as a genie.. with flats, because Yuri doesn't do heels. They're too hard to move in. ]

[Hinata wanders over in his werewolf costume giving Jean a curious once-over.]

S-so... Who are you dressed as? [Hinata knew. Of course he knew. No one as steeped in modern pop culture when he was could not know what that outfit was. He was just asking to see if Jean knew.]

[ She's just going to stare at him blankly, looking unsure in here in her Snow White outfit. ]

[If you weren't expecting someone to be laughing at you, Jean, then you're sorely mistaken. Off to the side, Sougo seems to be cackling at the costume, trying to recompose himself.]

You're not going to be punishing anyone in the name of the moon if you're wearing something like that. The only thing I see you punishing is the dreams of children that grew up watching that show.

[...wait does Jean even know about it. Whatever. More cackling away. Even if his costume has him in long hair, he don't care because he looks badass (and covered in blood, too).]

[ Enjoy more of the "what the hell, Jean" chorus.. except Leon decides - like the little shit he is - to joke about it instead. At least he looks slightly better depending on.. your.. tastes.... ]

[Shinji isn't a party person in the least. In fact, he's not even sure why he bothered to come. He didn't like parties and he didn't like being around a lot of people, and yet...

You know what, he's just not gonna think too hard on it. It's easier that way. He managed to find a costume that's not too weird and even hides his face—he's a cowboy. He's never really dressed up like this before, but it's subtle and not super embarrassing, so he doesn't mind. Shinji's pretty much the definition of a wallflower, though, staying out of the way and avoiding interaction as much as he can, but it's... not so bad. It's kind of nice to not be himself for a night.]

In fact, once Madoka spots him by himself in some corner - and manages to recognize him after a few moments, it takes a bit with that mask.. - she gets over to him. Although she might not exactly be immediately recognizable with her own costume. ]

Ah, Shinji-san..! Is something wrong? Are you maybe not feeling well? [ Because being anti-social is just a thing that doesn't happen, right. ]

[Oh hey, this was the guy on his team when they were down in Guild, right? Leon was loud and obnoxious, whereas this guy just... really wasn't.]

Shinji-kun..! [The blunette wandered over to stand near Shinji, all done up in his werewolf costume as per the request of the party's hostess.] What are you, a bandit cowboy..? [Because only bandits wear masks, right?]

[So he ended up not being able to decide on what to wear to this thing. Outfits man. So instead of picking out some sort of awkward costume to wear, he opts to transform and just come as himself. It's a good idea okay, with everyone else dressing up as well he blends in just fine.

If you're looking particularly spaced out or you're just distracted by the food, games or whatever else, you might get a tap on your shoulder. Turn around and Caius will be there ready to shout out-]

[Ishimaru... Sorry, Ishida, isn't exactly the partying type. But he did come and even dressed up in a costume. Though with the way he looks now, he may not have needed to bother. Feel free to mistake the white hair and fiery eyes as part of his costume.

Inspired by something Chihiro said to him, he decided to dress up as a cop. Although the outfit the costume store carried was a little... Well, if you look closely, you may notice that this is the kind of costume that's been designed to be easy to take off, if you get what I'm saying.

Yeah, this idiot got himself a stripper cop costume by accident. Whoops.]

Like, wow, really dashing ugh. The hero look suits him, even when it's just a suit and a mask. Gosh. He's having fun, at least. And yeah maybe he's smiling at the fact that Jean actually wore a dress for him, that too. Feel free to comment him on his amazing persuasion skills because, really? Really. ]

[Chihiro is still recovering from being brutally re-murdered on the 27th, but he's decided that he's... not going to let that keep him away from the party. He's dressed up in a pink mouse kigurumi with whiskers painted on his face. He looks scared, and is keeping close the bigger crowds of people just in case someone else is going to get hurt or try and hurt someone... And to make sure he knows just who everyone else is dressed up as! If you have a mask or are covering your face, he'll probably scream!]
