It was Halloween, otherwise known as Hallow's Eve. And the stage was set for an amazing party, otherwise known as the extravaganza of the year. Haruhi had it all planned out: there were booths decorated in orange and black, balloons that looked like pumpkins, ghosts, and witches, games and prizes galore, live music, and so much more.
Sure, people may have 'died', but you know what they say: the show must go on! And go on, it shall. In front of the doors to the auditorium is an orange carpet and a rope blocking the entrance.
So, come on, relax, and have some fun!

Unfortunately, I am one of those people.

However, there is no rule or law that says I am to be removed. Besides, it would be horrible if you didn't know the truth, right? After all, an Ultra Detective like me planned this elaborate scheme just so I can trap the mice into their cages. Don't you know the saying, "To fool your enemies, you must fool your friends?"

[ Thankfully, Haruhi's used to being judged. Not that she cares all that much anymore. Besides, different worlds work differently. At least, that's how things work in her head. ]
What? I managed to stop the idiots from offing anybody else, you should at least be glad about that. And I wanted to at least get one good scare in. I'm 100% sure that someone either freaked out or wet their pants. Besides, it's Halloween~!
Oh, but that's not important, right? What's important is that there were killers. Not just one. Though I'm sure that stalker NPC should have fixed it by now with the Angel Player, so everything's going to be just fine!
Besides. It's difficult to do a proper investigation for these murders when everyone gets revived and nobody goes to protect the crime scene from being tampered or cleaned up completely. It's totally the worst thing around here!

Even if people get revived when they're killed here, a murder isn't something to treat lightly and a series of them should be regarded with even more care.

Perhaps, but I'll notice it immediately. I'm not the type of person who wouldn't take necessary precautions. And you can't really call it a murder, either. Especially since everyone's already dead. The definition of a murder is dying; but nobody dies, so there's no point. That's why it's known as getting 'offed'.
This place is safe from murders because I had to check everyone beforehand.
